The City Clerk's Department is responsible for the preparation and distribution of City Council agendas; maintaining accurate records and legislative history of City Council actions; providing safe keeping and storage of the City's official records and archives; investment management, grant money administration and providing records retrieval and legislative research for City departments and the public.
The City Clerk's Office also performs centralized processing of all recorded documents; maintains campaign and economic interest statement filings; oversees local elections; and provides reception services.
Department personnel consist of the City Clerk and one Office Specialist.
